Event Calendar

Board Meetings are closed meetings held monthly. Annual Homeowners' Association Meetings are open meetings held once per year and all owners are notified prior to the meeting and encouraged to attend.

1) Parking
Parking permits are required for all tenant vehicles. Click here for Parking Permit Registration Form.

2) Lawn Service
Weekly mowing will be performed every Monday unless delayed due to weather.

3) Pest Control
Quarterly pest control on the last Thursday of the Quarter.

4) Association Documents
See the Rules and Regulations Tab for Rules and Regulations along with By-Laws of the Association.

5) Monthly Dues
Monthly Association Dues are due by 1st of each month and must be received by the 15th of each month.

6) Trash Pickup
Trash pickup is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless there is a Holiday closure.
Please do not leave trash outside of dumpster or you will be fined.

7) Maintenance Requests
